Pre orders are set up through the UI.  This can be done upon first distributing or as an update to the distributed asset.
  1. Adding Pre Order upon first distributing an asset:
    1. Select iTunes Apple
    2. Open the pricing option menu on the iTunes/Apple service card and enter your criteria.  See screen shots below.
  2. Adding Pre Order criteria to a distributed asset:
    1. Please go to the release from Assets on the left hand side menu.
    2. From the Distribution Tab select the iTunes/Apple service and open the actions menu to select 'update/edit distribution'. See screen shot below.  
    3. Open the pricing option menu on the iTunes/Apple service card and enter your criteria.  See screen shots below.
